MAITS has been selected to pitch for funding at a Dragon’s Den style event at the Funding Network on 6th July! Come and join us to support a new project for babies and children with disability and premature birth related feeding difficulties in Rwanda.
MAITS is one of four charities that was selected to take part in the crowd-funding event which would enable us to run this life-saving project that teaches healthcare staff simple feeding techniques, which can make the difference between life and death and improve the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy and cleft-lip and palate and babies born prematurely.
If you are able to join us, tickets for the event can be booked by going to the following link:
Tickets normally cost £20, however, MAITS can purchase some £10 tickets, enabling our supporters to attend free of charge and take part in this crowd-funding event.
Pledges normally start from £50-£100. There is no obligation to give, but the Funding Network assures us that people normally get caught up in the excitement of being at a crowd funding event! If you are not able to come along, you can pledge any amount remotely, by contacting Karen Millen at Karen@thefundingnetwork.org.uk
